We believe in mutual fit. Your first private home tour with Agnsy is completely free of charge and carries no obligation. This allows us to meet, understand your goals, and demonstrate our value.
Following the initial free tour, further private showings require a standard commitment. This ensures our resources are dedicated to serious buyers, protecting the margins that fund your rebate.
Whenever possible, clients are highly encouraged to view properties during publicly scheduled Open Houses. If you view a home during an Open House and wish to submit an offer, no private tour retainers are triggered or utilized.
Once an offer is accepted and a property is under contract, Agnsy covers up to three (3) in-person visits to the property to ensure a smooth closing process. These typically include:
We value your time and ours. Should you require access to the under-contract property beyond the three included visits, the following fee structure applies:
Private tours must be canceled or rescheduled at least two (2) hours in advance. No-shows which are considered as being over 10 minutes late (some exceptions apply), or late cancellations will count as one (1) utilized tour against your current retainer block.
